Many retirees as well as adventurous folks are now moving and investing in Nicaragua. Nicaragua is the second safest country in the western hemisphere, and one of the most affordable places to live. For those forward thinking investors, willing to take the plunge, great returns and appreciations are to be had. Investing in Nicaragua is a very safe and great move, but you must make sure you do work with a reputable real estate agency. Some real estate titles in Nicaragua do still have issues from the past, and working with a good agency and title insurance lawyer can gurantee that one obtains a property that is clean and clear of any issues. The real estate market has been exploding in Costa Rica for years, and now a lot of investors turned off by the now high prices in Costa Rica are discovering Nicaragua. Only a short 2 hour flight from Florida, Nicaragua looks to become the next retirement hot spot. Baby boomers are rushing to invest in what could be the next big thing in real estate.
